Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for orders delivered within India, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with its original seal intact, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return and photos of the product and packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sambridhhi, A-102, Sharda Puri, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi 110015, India.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.

International orders
All international orders (orders delivered outside India) are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Customs duties, import taxes and any charges applied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If an international order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Once we verify the issue, we will send a free replacement. No cash refund is issued for international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged, leaking, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free replacement. For orders within India, if the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products cannot be returned once the seal is broken or they have been opened or used. This includes essential oils, Pure Sandalwood Oil, attars, skincare, face packs, rose water, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, lotions, body cremes, liquid balm, incense sticks and puja items. We also cannot accept returns for change of mind after opening, fragrance preference or skin sensitivity after use. We recommend a patch test before first use.

Unused and unworn Rudraksha jewellery delivered within India can be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift kits or gift cards.

Exchanges
There is no exchange policy. 

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, email us at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds
For orders within India, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
