Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across India and to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Nepal.
How much does shipping cost and how long will delivery take?
Shipping charges and delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. All delivery times are estimates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order and tracking details. You can also log in to your account to see your order status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
No. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once it has been delivered. Please check product details and sizes carefully before ordering. See our full Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We're sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos (and an unboxing video, if you have one). Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are only given for verified damaged, defective or wrong items. Once approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to show it.
About Our Products
Is your sandalwood oil pure?
Yes. Our Pure Sandalwood Oil is natural and undiluted, and is obtained from heartwood by steam distillation. To learn how to tell pure sandalwood oil from fake, read our guide: How to Identify Pure Sandalwood Oil vs Fake Sandalwood Oil.
Do your attars contain alcohol?
No. Our attars are alcohol-free perfume oils. Apply a small amount to your pulse points, such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears, for a long-lasting fragrance.
How should I use essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated. Add a few drops to a diffuser, or dilute them in a carrier oil (such as coconut or almond oil) before applying to skin. Do a patch test first. Keep oils away from eyes and out of reach of children. Do not swallow them. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Our diffuser guide explains more.
What does "bambooless incense" mean?
Bambooless incense sticks have no bamboo core, so you smell only the fragrance and not burning wood. They burn cleaner with less smoke. Browse our incense range.
Are your Rudraksha beads real?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We use natural ingredients, but every skin is different. Always check the ingredients on the product page and do a small patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
How should I store my products?
Keep oils, attars and skincare in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed.
