Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Sambridhhi. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. This return policy applies to orders delivered within India only. For international orders, please see the International Orders section below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened and with its original seal intact
- In its original packaging, with all labels and tags
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once the seal is broken, or once they are opened or used:
- Essential oils and Pure Sandalwood Oil
- Attars and perfume oils
- Skincare: face packs, cleansers, scrubs, sandalwood powder and rose water
- Body care: soaps, shower gels, shampoos, lotions and body cremes
- Liquid balm
- Incense sticks and puja items
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift kits and gift cards
- Change of mind after opening, fragrance preference or skin sensitivity after use
We recommend a patch test before the first use of any skincare or oil product.
Rudraksha Jewellery
Rudraksha chains, bracelets, malas, pendants and jewellery sets delivered within India can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, the outer box and the shipping label
- An unboxing video, if available
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free replacement. For orders within India, if the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges. Damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse it or note it with the courier and inform us right away.
How to Return an Item
- Email sambridhhi.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and photos of the product and packaging.
- We will confirm whether your return is approved and share the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel, email us at sambridhhi.com@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
International Orders
All international orders (orders delivered outside India) are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Customs duties, import taxes and any charges applied by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
If an international order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Once we verify the issue, we will send a free replacement. No cash refund is issued for international orders.
