At Sambridhhi all shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However if due to some unforeseen situation customer are not satisfied with the product or delivered any damaged product then the following terms apply to resolve the situation on mutual understanding.

1. The product should be unused.
2. Exchange of product will be accepted only if the product returned in a sealable condition with original packing along with the invoice.
3. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on info@sambridhhi.com for shipment related queries & product related and other queries.
4. Refund process will be initiated once we receive the products and quality is being checked.
5. Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
6. Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 days.
7. If you want a replacement then we will ship at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
