Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are only available for items purchased directly through our website. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to them directly.
Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

# Reverse Pickup (RTO)
- We do not offer reverse pickup services. If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for arranging your own courier service.
- Upon receiving your order, it is advised to make a video of the package before opening it. This will help us investigate any issues with our courier partners if damages occur during transit.
- Although we pack our items to the highest standards, damages can sometimes happen during delivery.
- If you find any defects, damage, or errors with your order, please promptly contact us with the video and photos so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.
- In cases where the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense.
